A 12-day, fully curated walk & talk retreat along the Camino in Portugal for women navigating real change - in their lives, their bodies, and how they want to live going forward.

The Path Forward - in good company

Curated by Qmooniti Travel & Lifestyle

A Moment We Were Never Prepared For

We don’t need to explain what’s changing.

We’re living it.

Our bodies are shifting — hormonally, physically, neurologically. Energy, focus, sleep, and resilience aren’t what they used to be. At the same time, the structures that once organized our lives are loosening. Children become independent. Roles change. Time opens in unfamiliar ways.

The ground is shifting, and many of us are trying to stay steady while everything recalibrates at once.

This isn’t a crisis.

And it isn’t a spiritual awakening.

It’s a real, practical moment of choice.

For the first time in a long time, there is space — and with that space comes an important question:

If you were designing the next chapter intentionally, what would you choose?

Why The Path Forward Retreat

That question is difficult to answer inside the noise of everyday life.

Clarity doesn’t come easily when you’re managing changing energy, shifting roles, and constant responsibility. Most women don’t lack insight — they lack the conditions to access it.

The Path Forward Retreat was designed to create those conditions.

Not through therapy.

Not through self-improvement.

And not through withdrawal from real life.

But through time, movement, perspective, and the company of other women who understand this moment because they are living it too.

Why Walking the Camino

Walking is not symbolic here — it’s functional.

Day after day, steady movement settles the nervous system. The rhythm of walking clears mental clutter and creates space for perspective. Distance from familiar environments interrupts old patterns of thinking.

The Camino in Portugal offers exactly what this moment requires:

  • A clear path, walked at a humane pace

  • Daily structure without constant decision-making

  • Beautiful surroundings that hold attention without demanding it

  • Enough repetition to calm the mind, enough variation to keep it engaged

Walking side by side also changes conversation. Without agendas or performance, insight emerges naturally — often through listening to other women articulate questions you haven’t yet put words to yourself.

This is not a spiritual pilgrimage or a test of endurance.

It’s a practical and powerful setting for regaining footing and seeing the path ahead more clearly.

Why in Good Company

Designed for the Body You’re In

This stage of life brings real physiological change. Ignoring it doesn’t work — and neither does over-correcting.

Mind–body health is woven throughout the retreat in grounded, practical ways:

  • Daily walking that supports strength, balance, and nervous system regulation

  • Nourishing food that supports energy and recovery

  • Built-in rest to support sleep and resilience

  • Time outdoors that sharpens focus and perspective

There’s no wellness agenda to follow.

No prescriptions.

No pressure.

Just conditions that support better decisions about how you want to live going forward.

This retreat is intentionally designed for women.

There is deep value in shared lived experience at this stage of life. Hearing how other women are navigating health, identity, work, family, and time creates perspective that doesn’t come from introspection alone.

No one is required to share personal stories.

And yet, in the right environment, sharing happens naturally.

Connection here isn’t manufactured — it’s a by-product of walking, talking, eating, resting, and spending time together. Over time, trust builds. Insight sharpens. Decisions feel less abstract and more grounded.

This is why the community begins before the journey, deepens during it, and continues afterward — because the relationships formed are real, not situational.

What the Retreat Is

The Path Forward Retreat is a 10-day, fully curated walking journey along a beautiful section of the Camino in Portugal.

Every detail is thoughtfully handled — route selection, pacing, accommodations, meals, and logistics — so you can focus on why you came.

We walk.

We talk.

We eat exceptionally well.

We rest deeply.

An expert travel partner manages the complexity behind the scenes, ensuring comfort, safety, and individual preferences are taken care of throughout.

This is a bucket-list journey — not because it’s extreme, but because it’s rare to give yourself this kind of time, space, and clarity.

Thoughtfully curated. Exceptionally well cared for.

How the Journey Unfolds

Day 1 - Arrival & Travel

Arrival day is dedicated to travel and settling in.

Private transfers bring the group to our first hotel base, where there is time to unpack, rest, and recover from travel. There is no scheduled programming beyond orientation and dinner together.

This day is about landing — calmly and comfortably.

The Journey

This itinerary is intentionally designed around rhythm, recovery, and steady forward movement.

Rather than rushing into walking or packing the days too tightly, we begin by allowing the body and mind to arrive. From there, the walking days unfold at a humane pace, supported by structure, flexibility, and care. The journey ends as deliberately as it begins — with time to reflect, celebrate, and decompress before returning home.

This is not a schedule to perform.

It’s a flow designed to support clarity, connection, and good decision-making.

Day 2 - Adjustment, Grounding & Local Culture

This day is intentionally gentle — designed to help the body adjust to travel while beginning to experience the place we’re in.

After breakfast, we’ll head out together for a locally rooted outing that introduces us to the culture, landscape, and rhythms of the region. This may include a short walk, a village visit, time along the coast, or another experience chosen for its ease, beauty, and sense of place.

The focus is not on covering ground, but on arriving — orienting to Portugal, to one another, and to the pace of the days ahead.

The afternoon allows time to rest, explore independently, or enjoy the hotel and surroundings. Dinner together closes the day and sets the tone for the walking days to come.

Day 3-6 - Walking from Our First Base

For the first phase of walking, we stay at our first eco-luxury hotel, returning to the same room each evening.

Each morning begins with breakfast together, followed by a private transfer to that day’s walking section. We walk a carefully chosen stretch of the Camino, then return by transfer to the hotel in the afternoon.

This approach allows for:

Consistent rest and recovery

A calm, predictable rhythm

Time to enjoy the hotel, surroundings, and evenings together

Dinner is shared each evening at the hotel or a nearby restaurant.

Day 7-10 - Walking from Our Second Base

Midway through the journey, we transition to our second eco-luxury hotel.

From here, we continue walking daily sections of the Camino using the same supported structure: breakfast together, private transfer to the walk, steady walking at a humane pace, and return to the hotel in the afternoon.

This phase deepens the rhythm of the journey — physically and mentally — while maintaining comfort and continuity.

Day 11 - Celebration & Decompression

With the walking complete, we slow the pace again.

This day is about integration and appreciation. There is time to rest, reflect, enjoy the surroundings, and celebrate the journey — without an agenda or schedule to meet.

Dinner together marks the close of the experience.

Day 12 - Departure
